Construction of a new warehouse. Main structural system is a pre-engineered metal building with metal wall panels and standing seam metal roof. 2. All mechanical and electrical work as indicated. 3. New concrete sidewalks, ramps, handrails, asphalt and concrete paving, and other site improvements. 4. All temporary fences, and general protection system for the students, faculty, and public for this portion of the Work. 5. Protection of existing sidewalks, fencing, landscaping, etc. to remain.

Bids will be received from Contractors at the Northwest Mississippi Community College Central, Office of Purchasing, 2nd floor McCormick Administration Building, 102 Administration Circle, Senatobia MS 38668, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 5, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud at McCormick Administration Building first floor Ranger Conference Room immediately following.
