The Project is to be known as Arkansas Energy & Environment Technology And Research Center – Existing Flooring Replacement.

This project consists of replacing the lighting controls at the meeting rooms at the Robinson Center, located at 426 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201.

This project consists of repairing the parking surface subgrade and asphalt milling at Collierville Town Hall and overlaying with 1.5” of new surface asphalt. Also included in this project is restriping of the parking area, removal of concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk and installation of ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalk.

Project consists of: Demolition of existing concrete pavement, renovation of existing metal shell swimming pool including concrete pool bottom replacement, pool shell vinyl liner installation, swimming pool coping, gutter and ladder painting, swimming pool handrail replacements, main drain replacement and miscellaneous plumbing repair, concrete pool deck replacement, pool deck drains and drain line repair and replacement, ADA pool lift installation, painting of metal light standards, chain link fence repair, and miscellaneous electrical work within existing pool pump room and in and around pool deck.

Installing 6" Class 7 crushed stone base course over existing base. If Additive Alternate No. 1 is taken, Mirafi 140N geotextile fabric shall be installed beneath the crushed stone base. Installing rip rap at existing concrete headwall swale as shown on drawing.
