Bartlett City Schools will receive bids for a Asphalt Paving Project at Appling Middle, 3700 Appling Road, Bartlett, TN 38133, Bartlett Elementary, 3932 Billy Maher Road, Bartlett, TN 38135 and Rivercrest Elementary, 4825 Rivercrest Lane, Bartlett, TN 38135.

Four Senate Committee Rooms will undergo renovations to create consistency, improve cohesion, and maximize public audience seating. Work consists of removing existing millwork, providing power and data receptacles for new furnishings, replacing light fixtures and re-lamping pendants, painting walls and ceilings, and installing new millwork for committee member seating. Project locations include the First Floor Room 171, Second Floor Rooms 207 and 272, and Third Floor Room 309.

This project proposes the complete replacement of the current asphalt pathway (approximately 360 linear feet) with a new, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk along the south side of the Municipal Tennis Courts. The scope of this project includes the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt, the preparation of a new sub-base, and the installation of a smooth, slip-resistant concrete sidewalk that meets all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. This will involve ensuring appropriate width, grading, and the inclusion of curb cuts at all necessary access points.

Furnish and Install 40’x40’ concrete slab, sidewalk, Earthwork, and related items

Work covers: Renovations and associated work as indicated on project drawings and as specified in Building #3 at the Arkansas State Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas.

The project consists of but is not limited to the installation of a new ADA pathways, tennis court surfacing, lining, installing new nets, lining for pickle ball courts, new fencing, ADA gates, tennis court lighting, sod, demo of existing structures and anything else that is required to provide a complete project per the plans and bid book.

Office renovations including removal of walls, construction of walls, flooring, removal of equipment, etc.

Scope includes: a. Replacing tile and carpet with LVT in Corrodors and Common Areas. b. Replacing carpet and rubber base in Office areas. c. Replacing VCT and rubber base with LVT in Break Rooms. d. Replacing Carpet and rubber base with LVT in Locker Rooms. e. Replacing Carpet with welded sports flooring or carpet in Workout Room (Owner's Determination) f. Refer to plans for additional requirements.

Demolition of areas as shown on sheet Al.I - Demolition Plan-Area A and sheet Al.2 - Demolition Plan - Area B. Installation of new walls, ceilings, finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical in Areas A and B as shown on the drawings.
