Sealed bids for construction/addition of a new building addition in Cabot, AR will be received until 2:00 PM, Local Time on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in Conference Room 305 of the Cabot Justice Center, 805 W Main St, Cabot, Arkansas, 72023 and then will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 205 W Plaza Blvd in Cabot, Arkansas, 72023. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend. The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
