CAW Westrock Landing Parking Improvements

The project includes but is not limited to the construction of a new 9,650sf, single-story main building organized into two components: a pre-engineered metal building for laboratory, workshop and storage functions, and a hybrid glulam and steel frame structure for administrative offices, classroom and conference space. A separate, 1,100sf pre-engineered metal storage building is also included on the site (re: deductive alternate #1). Site development includes a car and boat trailer parking area, visitor and staff parking, concrete and gravel walks and site lighting. Civil work includes grading, new utilities and stormwater infrastructure such as bioswales and rain gardens. Landscaping consists of native trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials in contained areas.

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 221 East Capitol Avenue, P.O.Box 1789, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-1789, in Room 414 (4th Floor Conference Room) until 10:00 AM CDT, Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 for the following: CAW WESTROCK LANDING - Watershed Management Office & Parking Improvements Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this location following the 10:00 AM deadline.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at the project site: 11800 Maumelle Harbour Road in Roland, Arkansas at 10:00 AM CDT, Tuesday, October 7th, 2025.
