New Library for Mt Vernon

The work consists of a pre-engineered structural steel frame with masonry veneer, over metal studs, EIFS, aluminum storefront and glazing system with a sloped prefinished standing seam roof system. Also included in the scope of work mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, interior and exterior solid wood soffits, cold rolled metal drywall framing, suspended acoustic ceilings, wood millwork and interior finishes.
