Public Projects

Project consists of a one-story, slab-on-grade workforce development center for the Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD). Approximate square footage is 10,340. The building consists of several classrooms, computer lab, physical therapy area, administration suite, and dining area with kitchen.

The Project consists of the construction/alterations/demolition of building/utilities/sitework as described in the drawings and project manual.

Temporary facilities and controls required for this work include, but are not necessarily limited to: (1) Temporary utilities such as electricity and telephone (2) Sanitary facilities (3) Enclosures such as tarpaulins, barricades, and canopies.

The project consists of the addition of an entrance vestibule to the existing Desoto County Administrative Building located in the existing lobby. The vestibule will be constructed with light gauge metal framing and sheetrock. Features include storefront windows, (2) 3'-0" doors, and ACM cladding. The new doors will be programmed to operate with the existing smoke EVAC. System.

Improvements to Riverdale Park shall include installation of new trail access points, constructing a new parking lot, installation of new lighting throughout the park, implementing drainage and stormwater improvements throughout the park, and the installation of additional pickleball courts.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of and landscaping for new concrete trail system which includes storm drainage system improvements and elevated walks.

Construction of and landscaping for new concrete trail system, playground renovations, dog park, pickleball court, restrooms, and associated grading and drainage.

The work of this contract comprises of 1. Selective Demolition 2. General Building Construction 3. Interior Doors & Windows 4. New Finishes 5. New Mechanical 6. Plumbing Systems 7. New Electrical Systems

Demolition, earthwork, and utility extensions associated with the development of site and construction of future hangar development area.

Construction of a new warehouse. Main structural system is a pre-engineered metal building with metal wall panels and standing seam metal roof. 2. All mechanical and electrical work as indicated. 3. New concrete sidewalks, ramps, handrails, asphalt and concrete paving, and other site improvements. 4. All temporary fences, and general protection system for the students, faculty, and public for this portion of the Work. 5. Protection of existing sidewalks, fencing, landscaping, etc. to remain.
