Sealed bids for the England Public Library Renovation Phase II project will be received by the Lonoke County Library Systems at England Senior Center, 100 E. Taylor St., England, AR 72046 until 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, June 12, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids not submitted on time will be unopened and returned.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a pre-bid meeting at the project site on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. All interested contractors and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
