Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 p.m., June 22 ,2022, for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:
FOR THE DIVISION OF: Memphis Parks
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF: Audubon/ Kennedy Park Improvements
Pre-Bid Information:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Memphis Parks Adm in Building, 2599 Avery Ave, Memphis, TN 38112, second floor conference room on June 2 at 10:00 am.
Project Description:
The Project includes but is not necessarily limited to: installation of two playgrounds, installation of one steel picnic shelter, installation of modular retaining wall, installation of concrete curb and sidewalks, wood rail fencing, tree planting, milling and paving.

Audubon Park – Goodlett Street and Southern Avenue
