This Project entails the rehabilitation of 475 linear feet of vertical elliptical brick drainage pipe located near the Central Station rail station. Rehabilitation will consist of slip-lining the existing 40" (rise) by 33" (span) drainage pipe with glass-reinforced piping and associated material and labor.

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace sections of the existing boardwalk within Johnson Park in a manner that minimizes environmental disturbance, particularly to adjacent wetland areas.

Historic wood window restoration, interior restoration of the hallways and one classroom including plaster repairs, painting, staining, gypsum board ceiling installation, electrical upgrades and lighting installation, doors and hardware, and limited rough and finish carpentry.

Work includes general construction, interior alterations at certain portions of a two story existing structure, including renovation of four existing restroom facilities to meet accessibility requirements, demolition and necessary removal of existing structures and new construction, including interior partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling systems, doors and frames, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, life safety, interior finishes and certain other items, including the replacement of a nearby cooling tower serving the subject structure.

The Project consists of construction of a new dog park and basketball courts with associated parking, lighting, fencing, and earthwork.

The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an existing building, along with the construction of a new single-story addition. The new structure will feature a wood-framed design with a low-slope single-ply membrane roofing system. Exterior finishes will include prefinished metal panel siding and a brick veneer wainscot, all supported by a concrete floor slab on grade.

It is the intent of the Little Rock School District to solicit and obtain competitive proposals to establish a term contract for a vendor to supply glass products and accessories, store front materials, glass repair & replacement services on an as-needed basis across the District.

Will include an asphalt overlay of existing sidewalk, new asphalt trail, new drainage structures, and a crosswalk upgrade.
