Public Projects

Area of work is approximately 98,341 SF and includes all wings except the gymnasium. Scope varies by wing, but will include ductwork, controls, units, wiring, and possibly electrical mains and supply lines. Ceiling tile and grid will also be replaced.

Prepare the site according the specifications and drawings, install base material and asphalt surface. Supply all materials, tools, equipment and labor to perform the work in accordance to the specifications. Approximately 1,080 ft total length.

A 3 story elevator tower addition at the exterior of the existing Randolph County Courthouse .

The following are items provided by the Owner and installed by the Owner. a. Telephone and computer/data wiring. b. Security Systems. c. Audio Visual Systems Note: The C.M./General Contractor will provide conduit in concealed walls and spaces for installation of the items above. The Owner must provide locations to the C.M./General Contractor prior to the installation of these walls and spaces.

The work consists of a pre-engineered structural steel frame with masonry veneer, over metal studs, EIFS, aluminum storefront and glazing system with a sloped prefinished standing seam roof system. Also included in the scope of work mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, interior and exterior solid wood soffits, cold rolled metal drywall framing, suspended acoustic ceilings, wood millwork and interior finishes.

The Project consists of the installation of site security enhancements to grounds of the Arkansas State Capitol.

This project includes removal of existing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps and replace with ADA compliant concrete sidewalk and curb ramps in designated locations in Collierville, TN 38017. The PROJECT shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Demolition 2. Concrete curb, sidewalks 3. Other related work
