The project consists of providing site work repairs and installing a new asphalt overlay for existing paved areas for a portion of the campus.

Interior renovation of three (3) one (1) bedroom townhomes.

Locations included in this bid are the interior areas of Collierville Police Headquarters - Base, Public Services - Additive Alternate #1, Fire Station #5 - Additive Alternate #2, Fire Station #1 - Additive Alternate #3, Fire Station #2 - Additive Alternate #4 – SW 7029 Agreeable gray (Eg-Shell) Trim/Doors- Black (Oil Based). Interior Painting and Police HQ Interior Painting.

The project consists of adding a new sidewalk and pedestrian canopy and associated site work.

Scope includes painting, flooring, lighting, bath fan, and interior door replacement.

A General Contract for the construction of 12’ wide shared use trail.

Construct sidewalks along 36th Street from Colonel Glenn Road to Boyle Park Road

1. remove ex'g joint sealers @ junction between materials, clean surface & replace, typical. 2. replace all areas of deteriorated substrate, ornament, and trim with like material prior to resurfacing. replacements are to be full size / length /section up to a minimum length of 48 inches (no patchwork). deteriorated substrate includes but is not limited to conditions of dry rot, warping, cracking, excessive shrinkage, etc...

Furnish and install a complete synthetic turf surfacing system, including: Removal of existing sod and organics. Grading, compaction, and installation of stone base and drainage. Geotextile fabric, perimeter restraint, and synthetic turf. Adhesives, seaming materials, infill (if applicable), and accessories.

Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of work unless noted otherwise. Complete removal and disposal of demolished materials, as shown on Drawings. Refer any items not covered to Architect for clarification.
