Demolition of areas as shown on sheet Al.I - Demolition Plan-Area A and sheet Al.2 - Demolition Plan - Area B. Installation of new walls, ceilings, finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical in Areas A and B as shown on the drawings.

The Reservoir Park Improvements project consists of replacing the former softball field including site fill, finish grades, grass, irrigation, striping, fencing, dugouts, sidewalks, scoreboards, bleacher seating and other ballfield amenities.

Demolition and renovation of existing interior space, approximately 8,149SF on the 7th and 11,213SF on the 10th floor of the 920 Madison building. Renovations include new paint, flooring, partitions, ceiling tile, light fixtures and some mechanical and fire protection adjustment.

Hangar Apron Extension (2025) at Saline County Regional Airport

Project consists of: Renovations of the existing Bellevue Tennis Center including upgrades and modifications represented in the construction drawings and summarized below: • Parking Lot: repaving, restriping, adding dumpster enclosure. • Overall Site: minor repairs to rails, sidewalks. • Clubhouse: repair, new finishes, furniture, and fixtures, roof replacement. • Exterior Courts: new equipment and lighting. Add of a viewing area at east courts. • Interior Courts: new equipment and lighting, hvac repairs, minor roof repairs.

Restoration of Existing Boardwalk, removal and installation of materials.

The project consists of adding equipment and surfacing to the existing playground at Hernando Hills Elementary School.

The contractor shall remove and dispose of all existing 3″×6″ wood decking across approximately 4,936 SF of boardwalk, while carefully protecting and retaining the underlying framing, posts, railings, concrete footings, bracing, light fixtures, benches, and surrounding trees.
