The City of Benton, Arkansas will receive Bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time on February 2, 2026 at City Hall, 410 River Street, Benton, Arkansas 72015. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All bids received in accordance with the terms of the advertisement shall be publicly opened and at a minimum, the total amount bid must be read aloud (the sponsor may choose to read the bids item by item). If any bid received is not read aloud, the name of the bidder and the reason for not reading the bid aloud shall be publicly announced at the letting. All interested parties are invited to attend.
