Independence County Greenway Trail

SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Mr. Lance Powell, Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, will be received until 2:00 P.M., September 16, 2025, for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the installation of approximately 1,900 linear feet of asphalt trail and associated work. Bids will be opened and read at such time.
