Winthrop Rockefeller Building Elevator Upgrade

The Project consists of the modernization of one 6-stop passenger elevator, and one 5-stop passenger elevator, as well as architectural, mechanical and electrical updates to both elevator penthouses in the north wing of the Winthrop Rockefeller Building, 501 Woodlane Drive, Little Rock, AR 72201. Both elevators will be upgraded to meet the current provisions of ASME A17.1. The existing elevator cabs will be made ADA accessible with new call stations and operating panels. The interior of the elevator cabs will be refurbished with new wall panels, luxury vinyl tile resilient plank flooring and new cab ceilings. The contractor will do any cutting (including cutouts to accommodate hall signal fixtures), patching and painting of walls, floors or partitions in the elevator lobbies.
