The Project consists of the remodel of the 7th floor of Freeway Medical Tower. This remodel will turn the entire floor into an Endoscopy Suite. The Suite will include Pre-op/Recovery bays, (4) Endoscopy Rooms, (16) Pre-op/Recovery bays, (3) infusion chairs, and (1) Motility Lab.

The below listed bids will be opened on the stated dates and times at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Planning Design and Construction Department, ISS Conference Room, Physical Plant Building, 1st Floor Room M/400 FINAL DATE TO SUBMIT: September 12, 2025, 3:00 pm Central Time.

Pre-Bid Information:

A mandatory pre-bid conference with prospective bidders will be held on September 2nd, 2025 at 9:30 am central standard time. Bidders will meet at the entrance to the Freeway Medical Tower on the South Side under the main entrance canopy. Prime Bidders failing to attend this meeting forfeit the right to submit a bid.
