Building 104 Renovations

Work includes general construction, interior alterations at certain portions of a two story existing structure, including renovation of four existing restroom facilities to meet accessibility requirements, demolition and necessary removal of existing structures and new construction, including interior partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling systems, doors and frames, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, life safety, interior finishes and certain other items, including the replacement of a nearby cooling tower serving the subject structure.
