Jonesboro PPA Windows and Doors

The Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority, Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereafter called the "Public Housing Agency" or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the installation of new windows, security window screens and front/rear security screen doors in 12 buildings (scattered sites) located in Jonesboro, Arkansas until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 4 , 2025 at 330 Union Street , Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $90,000 and 100,000.

At 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 19, 2025, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 330 Union St., Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
