BRTC-Pocahontas, Acoustical Wood Wall Panels

A. Complete demolition of designated portion of existing wall mounted fixtures and devices as noted. b. Prepare wall surface and install metal hat channel sub-structure for attaching acoustical insulation board and Acoustical Wood Wall Panels. c. Paint all walls and hollow metal door frames in Lobby area. d. Protect existing flooring, ceiling mounted fixtures and devices. Paint existing SAT. grid and tiles. Interior Painting: Interior gypsum wallboard, hollow metal frames, exposed structure, and attachments, new or repaired by this contract, shall be cleaned and painted. Contractors are responsible for verification of all existing site conditions, dimensions and quantities required to provide a complete project and specified warranties.
