Construction of Industrial Building Renovations Submission

1. Excavating and disposal of existing concrete, building and site rubble, removal of top 12" of on-site soils (stripping) and stockpile for landscaping purposes. 2. Rough grading and subgrade preparation. Filling to top of subgrade with ordinary fill (locally available soil) approved by the Engineer. 3. Providing and installing controlled fill materials, footings and slabs.
