Renovations to Department of Motor Vehicles
Project scope consists of an approximately 1,100 square foot interior renovation of the Department of Motor Vehicles office inside the existing Greene County Courthouse. Renovations include demolition, millwork modifications, carpentry and minor door and wall adjustments, flooring, finishes, and some electrical modifications.

Bid Information:
Greene County, hereinafter termed owner, will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Bids may be mailed or delivered in care of Rusty McMillon, County Judge of Greene County, 320 West Court Street; Room 107, Paragould, Arkansas 72450. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Pre-Bid Information:
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at the site in the Greene County Courthouse on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The conference will start at exactly 2:00 p.m.
