DeSoto County Crisis Center REBID

This project consists of the renovation of an existing 8,300 sf wood-framed building. This will house the new Crisis Center for Desoto County. The construction type will remain Type VB. New interior framing to be metal stud. The building will have an automatic sprinkler system. This will be classified as a mixed-use occupancy R-4 & B. This project also includes the addition of a new 2,200 SF courtroom building which will serve the Crisis Center. The construction will be metal framed with metal trusses. The exterior has concrete block & metal panel cladding. The occupancy type is A-3. The courtroom is not sprinklered. The work shall include all civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm and electrical work, ETC.
