All bids must be received at the City of North Little Rock located at 700 West 29th Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas, no later than 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
