Bid Location: Ramsons, Inc. 3111 Dan Ave., Jonesboro, AR Bid Due Date/Time: July 17, 2025 at 5:00pm. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. The Construction Manager and Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities. The Construction Manager and Owner assume no obligations to accept the lowest bid or any bid withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. All valid bids received by the Due Date/Time will be opened privately and taken under advisement. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
