Park Improvements to include Walking trail Improvement and Parking Area Improvements for Tyronza
The work required under this section consists of all excavating, filling, grading, dewatering, and related items necessary to complete the work indicated on the Drawings and described in these Specifications, including but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Excavatitig and disposal of building removal of top 12" of on-site soils stockpile for landscaping purposes. and site rubble, (stripping) and 2. Rough grading and subgrade preparation. Filling to top of subgrade with ordinary fill (locally availublc soil) approved by the Engineer. 3. Providing and installing controlled fill materials, footings and slabs.

Separate sealed bids for the PARK IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE WALKING TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS AND PARKING AREA IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the City of Tyronza, Arkansas, at City Hall, 143 S Main Street, Tyronza, Arkansas 72386 until 2:00 P.M., on July 10, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
