BRTC Pocahontas Old Welding Shop Renovation

Complete demolition of designated portion of existing metal building with wood framed roof system, except for existing concrete floor slab to remain. Demolition of metal roof and wall panels back to existing red-iron building framing on remainder of the building. Includes demolition of overhead and walk doors. Construct new exterior wall to enclose north side of existing building as described on bid documents. Provide and install new prefinished metal roof panels and wall panels on existing building frame/ subframe. Includes all new trims, fascias, gutters, downspouts accessories, etc. in standard color-group 2. Includes new overhead doors, walk-thru doors, frames and trim.
