Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. July 1, 2025 for the construction of a new Magnet Cove Public School District Weight/Locker Room Addition, 472 Magnet School Road, Malvern, Arkansas. Bids shall be delivered by the specified time to the offices of CADM Architecture, Inc., 214 North Washington, Suite 413, El Dorado, Arkansas, physically, or by email to mail@cadmarchitects.com. Bids will be opened beginning at 2:00 p.m. and read aloud in an online video/teleconference meeting. Login information may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Architect prior to the bid opening.
