Brookland Hwy 49B Sidewalk Phase II

The time allowed for completion of all items of work shall be Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days, which time shall begin the tenth SC - 2 (10th) day after issuance of the Work Order. The Work Order shall consist of a written request by the Engineer for the Contractor to proceed with the construction of the project.
