1. remove and dispose of 24 gauge metal roof (17,610 sf) 2. replacement of 24 gauge metal roof (17,610 sf) 3. mobilization and demobilization 4. bonds and insurance 5. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
