Multi-Unit Roof Replacement

The Roofing Contractor will furnish all labor, material, and equipment for the removal of existing shingles and replace with new felt underlayment and new thirty (30) year architectural style shingles. The buildings are located in Newport, Arkansas. The Project consists of roofing 48 total buildings; installing new ridge vents on all roofs, installing new metal eave flashing, and Ice & Water Shield, installing new pipe vent boots, installing new vent hood roof vents, covering any holes greater than 1” in diameter and any cracks greater than ½” wide with sheet metal, spray painting vent risers with “galvanized” paint and repairing any unforeseen bad decking and/or facia boards. All extra work involved with bad wood replacement will be subject to approval by the Newport Housing Authority.
