Beale Street Landing Deferred Maintenance Phase I

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Project consists of maintenance upgrades to the Beale Street Landing facility including but not limited to demolition, high performance coatings, electrical work, geolam decking replacement, guardrail maintenance, and the fabrication and replacement of a steel access gate.

The owner intends to occupy the Project throughout construction. The contractor shall keep the site operational for dockings, allowing safe space for passengers and crew to board and deboard vessels.

The Beale Street Landing Deferred Maintenance Phase II package is planned to begin concurrently with the construction of Phase I. The contractors awarded Phase I and Phase II must work collaboratively to ensure that neither phase is disrupted or adversely impacted during the construction process.
