The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, will receive bids for the construction of the Pine Bluff Barraque Plaza Pavilion Project until 2:00pm., Thursday, September 26th, 2024 in the office of the City Clerk, Room 202, City hall, 200 East Eighth A venue, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71601, at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 9:00AM, at Barraque Plaza Site: 205 W. Barraque Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. General Contractors failing to attend this meeting or arriving late for this meeting will forfeit the right to submit a bid. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend. The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
