Pine Bluff Family Entertainment Center

The general construction consists of a new ground up Pre-Engineered Metal Building, concrete foundation, including all interior framing and drywall systems. All Mechanical and electrical systems for the building and the site will be included in this scope. Dirt work and site paving shall be included except for the installation and paving of the electric go-cart track and accessories. The contractor will be responsible to grade site within 0.2 feet of finished grade for go-kart track that will be owner provided.
