Bid Information:
The Malvern Housing Authority in Malvern, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Window Replacement @ Bailey Place, until 1:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the office of the PHA located at 100 Gloster Street, Malvern, AR 72104, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-bid Conference at the MHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Pre-bid Conference.
