There will be a pre-bid meeting at 123 Madison St., Clarendon, Arkansas on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for all interested Contractors. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Bid Information:
Sealed bids for the Monroe County Courthouse First Floor HVAC Upgrades will be received by Monroe County at the Monroe County Judge’s Office, 717 N. 11th Street, Clarendon, AR 72029 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids not submitted on time will be deemed non-responsive.
