Bids received after the date and time stated in the solicitation and will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and date mentioned. Interested parties are invited to attend. The Division of Building Authority, hereinafter termed DBA, unless designated to another entity, supervises the bidding and award of all construction contracts, approves contract change orders, request for final payment and ensures on-site observations are accomplished.
