Sealed Bids for the construction of the Brinkley HWY. 70 Sidewalk will be received by City of Brinkley at the office of the Brinkley City Hall, 233 West Cedar Street, Brinkley Arkansas 72021 until 2:00PM local time on November 6, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
