Bid Information:

Sealed bids for the Carlisle Parks Renovations project will be received by the City of Carlisle at the Carlisle Civic Center, 215 South Court Street, Carlisle, Arkansas 72024 until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, October 7, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids not submitted on time will be unopened and returned.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. beginning at Carlisle City Park, 4th Street, Carlisle, Arkansas then proceeding to Rockefeller Park. All interested contractors and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
