Fairfield Bay ATV/ATU Trail head

The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and installation required to furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to construct a restroom facility (including HVAC and plumbing systems), wood framed stage, and parking lot located in multiple locations within the City of Fairfield Bay. City forces will perform certain tasks associated with the construction and the general contractor will be responsible for coordinating with said staff. All facilities proposed under this project shall be ADA compliant, including barrier free access to all improvements.
