The scope includes renovation of both interior and exterior elements including building restrooms and shower room upgrades to conform to ADA/ABA accessibility requirements, interior room demo and remodeling; structural work to correct inadequate floor capacity, limited new finishes and comprehensive replacement of all mechanical systems to meet modern standards, replacement of an electrical panel and the replacement of exterior fire escapes and access ramp.

The project “Building 104 Renovations”, is located at the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center, North Little Rock, AR, Building 104.
Building 104 (approximately 9,167 SF total) is a historic building consisting of a basement, first floor, second floor and attic level. Building 104 is used by LETC for classroom and training purposes. Building 104 requires renovations to meet LETC specific training space requirements and new mechanical systems.
