The City of Cabot will receive bids for North Lincoln Sidewalks until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard time onthe May 14th, 2024 in the City Clerk’s Office – 101 N. 2nd Street, Cabot, Arkansas 72023, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Deliver/mail bids to the attention of Tammy Yocom, City Clerk at the address listed above.

The City of Cabot reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in bidding to the extent allowed by law. Bids may be held by the City of Cabot for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days following opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
