Exterior Security Upgrades for Tara Oaks Elementary BID #FY24019

Bid Information:

Collierville Schools will receive bids for Exterior Security Upgrades for Tara Oaks Elementary School, 600 E. Harpers Ferry Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, as per the Specifications and Scope of Work included in the attached Drawings. General Terms and Conditions Drawings, Specifications and Scope of Work are contained in this bid. There will be a public opening of this bid not later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Monday, May 13, 2024, Conference Room, Collierville Schools District Office, 145 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. Prior to 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Monday, May 13, 2024, all attendees will meet in the lobby of Collierville Schools and move to the Conference Room for the bid opening.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit at Tara Oaks Elementary School, 600 E. Harpers Ferry Drive, Collierville, Tennessee, 38017, Monday, May 6, 2024. All interested bidders will meet at the Main Entrance at 10:30 A.M., Central Time.

Scope:

This is a turnkey project as per General Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Drawings and Scope of Work. All work must be completed by Friday, June 28, 2024. The available work hours will be Monday through Friday form 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. . All work shall be made according to Collierville Schools’ General Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Scope of Work and Drawings (not to scale). Successful bidder shall give not less than 48 hours notification prior to beginning any work.

Bidder must provide an expected completion date after receipt of order (Days A.R.O.). The completion date quoted is critical and shall be considered in the evaluation and award of this bid. Collierville Schools reserves the right to make final determination as to the award of this bid.
