East Little Rock Community Center Renovation

Scope of Services:

The City of Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor for the renovation of the East Little Rock Community Center located at 2500 East 6th Street, Little Rock, AR. The scope of work includes HVAC replacement, electrical light fixture replacement, new PVC roofing membrane overlay, new multi-sports floor, architectural finishes, demolition of existing pool structures, installation of crushed stone at the existing pool, and demolition of existing buildings.

This bid shall be awarded, on an all or none basis, to the lowest qualified bidder who meets all specified requirements, and who has the absolute capability to provide the required services. Responses to this bid solicitation will be used by the Little Rock Fire Department to determine if the vendor has the appropriate experience, licensures, and qualifications to be considered for the project.
