Pre-Bid Information:
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 11:00 AM (CDT) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held in the Conference Room at the Bartlett Parks and Recreation 5868 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. If you plan to attend, please provide a company name, representative and contact number via email to Debbie Christopher, Administrative Secretary, at dchristopher@cityofbartlett.org to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal.
