Project Description:
The Wolf River Greenway – Phase Twelve A2: Elmore Road to Covington Pike of the Wolf River Greenway will include construction of approximately 6,250 LF of greenway. The construction will consist of constructing a 12-foot-wide paved asphalt trail, a concrete boardwalk, two prefabricated pedestrian bridges, miscellaneous drainage improvements, fencing, and recreational site amenities. The Project site is located within the bottomland hardwood forest environment of the Wolf River; the contractor’s activity will be strictly limited to minimize the impact to the environment. The trail will be constructed and inspected to be in compliance with applicable ADA regulations. If any areas that are noted by the City’s ADA Consultant as not being in compliance with ADA Standards, the Contractor shall be responsible to reconstruct to appropriate required grades and cross sections at no additional expenses to the Wolf River Conservancy
