SCOPE:
This project includes removal of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps and driveway aprons and replacing with ADA compliant curb ramps and driveway aprons as well as installation of new ADA compliant concrete curb ramps and sidewalk.
Also included in this project is the removal of several trees along Houston Levee Road. The quantity and locations of trees shown on the construction plans to be removed is an estimate. Said trees will be marked with surveyors flagging after the Notice To Proceed has been issued. Once sidewalk construction along Houston Levee Road has begun, the engineer may deem additional trees to be removed. Any additional trees to be removed will be paid for as per the unit price shown on the bid form.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: THERE WILL BE NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT.

BID DUE DATE AND TIME
All sealed bids must be received, and time stamped on or before Wednesday, April 24, 2024, 2:00:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) in the office of the Director of General Services, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, at which time or soon thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Board Chambers.
