City of Memphis Parks Tennis Court Improvements for Frayser Tennis Center
Project consists of: Demolition of existing tennis courts, construction of post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, new fence construction and fence repair, concrete pavement, concrete stairs and railing, drainage culvert installation, erosion control, site grading, grass sodding and grass seeding.
