PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Work consists of the following:
1. Selective demolition and renovation of Lobby Restrooms, Student Lounge and Student Lounge Restrooms.
a. Lobby Restrooms work includes, but not limited to, replacement of toilet fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, flooring, tile, paint, ceilings, power and lighting.
b. Student Lounge - Restrooms work includes, but not limited to, replacement of toilet fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, flooring, tile, paint, ceilings, power and lighting.
c. Student Lounge work includes, but not limited to, replacement of, flooring, casework and sink, paint, ceiling, power and lighting.
