MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING – A mandatory pre-proposal meeting to address questions will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (CDT). Until further notice, all Shelby County Government Purchasing Public-facing meetings/services will be limited to phone, video and online transactions whenever possible. MANDATORY SITE VISIT – A mandatory site visit at the Agricenter Exposition Center located at 7777 Walnut Grove Road is required. The dates and times will be announced during the scheduled pre-bid meeting by the person conducting the walk-thru, Maurice Denbow. Interested vendors must schedule ahead of time.
