New Track Facility in Quitman
The scope of work consists of extensive grading for a new 400 meter synthetic surface running track with a new natural soil football field incorporated. Site will include underground drainage, irrigation systems, and some utility work on site. Project will also include disassembling and relocating existing aluminum bleachers, and providing new foundation structures. Electrical site lighting will be moved and reconfigured to accommodate new configuration.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at the site on March 11, 2021. The conference will start at exactly 2:00 p.m. Prime contractors who arrive late or fail to attend this meeting may forfeit their bidding privilege. The owner reserves the right to waive this requirement and/or schedule additional meetings.
