Collierville Schools will receive bids for an Asphalt Walking Track at Sycamore Elementary, 1155 Sycamore Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. General Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, and Specifications are contained in this bid. There will be a public opening of this bid not later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Monday, September 29, 2025, Conference Room, Collierville Schools District Office, 215 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. All bidders will meet in the Collierville Schools District Office, 215 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee 38017 prior to 10:00 A.M. Central Time, Monday, September 29, 2025, and move to the Conference Room for the bid opening.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning no later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Thursday, September 18, 2025. All attendees will meet in front of Sycamore Elementary, 1155 Sycamore Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017.
