Moorefield Drainage Improvements

Bid Information:

Bids will be received by the City of Moorefield (herein called the "OWNER"), and be submitted to Moorefield City Hall, 55 Moore Ave., Batesville, AR, 72501, until 10:00 O'clock A.M. on September 5, 2025 and will be publicly read aloud. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Moorefield City Hall, 55 Moore Ave., Batesville, AR, 72501. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as MOOREFIELD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, his license number, if applicable, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another enve­ lope addressed to: City of Moorefield, PO Box 4367, Batesville, AR 72501.
