SCOPE OF SERVICES
The LRSD has many varieties and types of glass at multiple sites. Successful vendor(s) must be able to meet the following requirements:
• Must be able to repair/replace all types of glass and or Glass accessories including but not limited to the following:
o Store fronts and or glass doors
o Windows of all types; including single and double pane
o Window screens, new and rescreened
o Glass trophy cases, show cases & glass shelves
o Any typical associated glass accessary or product
• Vendor must provide direct contact information in case of an emergency that may occur after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
• When called for damage repairs, vendor shall respond within 24 hours and furnish cost or estimate of repairs to LRSD Maintenance & Operations for processing of Purchase order before work can be done unless an emergency has been declared.
• All work must be scheduled with LRSD Maintenance & Operations.
• Vendor must be willing to work around class schedules to avoid disruption of the learning environment.
• All work is to be inspected and approved by LRSD Maintenance & Operations upon completion.
